To register for any of Spring Creek FC’s programs, you’ll need to create a Demosphere account and log in to securely enter your child’s information.

No refunds will be issued once a rec player is placed on a team, or on the academy/select side once you accept your bid.
Spring Creek FC recommends you order your uniforms at time of registration from GoalKick. The ordering window is a limited one, and in the past there have been lead time issues to ensure you have what you need by the time games begin.
